Nice set up, but... This place has a nice set up. For paying what I did to wash my dog there and use their shampoo and conditioner and towells and bathtub. I was upset with the WATERED down shampoo & conditioner. Also their towells were so little they couldn't dry off a mouse! I also paid to get my dogs nails trimmed thinking that I would have better luck if someone trained to do it would. Well she was worse off them myself doing them! She did even know how to handle my dog! I had to help!

I bring my dog all the way from Texas to get the best dog groomers. down here dogs are mostly short hair working dogs. So you cant find anyone who knows how to deal with a long hair dog. At Mutt Puddles they make my dog comfy and at home.they know what their doing and this is the only place i will bring my boy. He's overdue and we will be coming up after Thanksgiving. Thanks. will see you soon.

I took my Cocker to 120th Mutt Puddles and got there. and groomer told me He had a skin disorder. His ear was bleeding and his foot was cut.He also had a cut on his side.Found out therr are new owners. The groomers are bad and do not know how to groom.STAY AWAY!!!!

Had a 600 dollor vet bill after taking my Cocket to MMutt Puddles.I took my Cocket to get groomed.The so called groomer called and said it was taking longer to groom my Cocker.She said He had a skin disorder. I took him to the vet and He had a bad. cut on his foot and ear.It was not a skin disorder.It was a bad groomer.She must not of had any training in groooming.I found out that there are different Owners. I will never step foot in there again!!!STAY FAR AWAY FROM THERE!!

Wow!!! Worst groomers I have ever taken my dogs to! The new owners are terrible and I am pretty sure that the groomers are not groomers! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I definitely will not be bringing my dogs back.

We has an appointment for 05/02/16. Got there right as they opened at 8:00am. The lovely Jessica asked us why we had a cat in there as she is highly allergic to cats. We said we had an appointment and she said no. It had been cancelled. She pulled up the appointment book and we clearly seen that our appointment had not been cancelled OR rescheduled.
