I bring my dog all the way from Texas to get the best dog groomers. down here dogs are mostly short hair working dogs. So you cant find anyone who knows how to deal with a long hair dog. At Mutt Puddles they make my dog comfy and at home.they know what their doing and this is the only place i will bring my boy. He's overdue and we will be coming up after Thanksgiving. I took my Cocker to 120th Mutt Puddles and got there. and groomer told me He had a skin disorder. His ear was bleeding and his foot was cut.He also had a cut on his side.Found out therr are new owners. The groomers are bad and do not know how to groom.STAY AWAY!!!!
Wow!!! Worst groomers I have ever taken my dogs to! The new owners are terrible and I am pretty sure that the groomers are not groomers! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I definitely will not be bringing my dogs back.
We has an appointment for 05/02/16. Got there right as they opened at 8:00am. The lovely Jessica asked us why we had a cat in there as she is highly allergic to cats. We said we had an appointment and she said no. It had been cancelled. She pulled up the appointment book and we clearly seen that our appointment had not been cancelled OR rescheduled. This store is under new management since October 2014, and I have to say they did great on my dogs; a Husky mix and a Papillon. Both were so excited and happy when I picked them up, and their hair was de-tangled and beautifully cut, and their nails weren't cut too short (I'm used to groomers accidentally cutting a toe or two too short).
