Absolutely awful place to go for your car. All they care about is taking your money. Terrible customer service, the woman at the front desk was so rude on the phone and the mechanic was treating me like I was stupid. $150 just to test my alternator and they quoted me $1200 before tax to get it fixed. I felt so uncomfortable talking to them after my first interactions that my dad came up to tow my car out of that place so I could get it fixed at a reasonable price that wasn’t going to treat me poorly. I realized while I was sitting in their waiting area that I have never reviewed Mutrux. I have been coming here off and on since Ross and Cindy took it over more than 20 years ago. Mostly for a tank of gas, but also for service on my vehicles and my family’s vehicles.
