I'm here to review my honest experiences with the Mutoh XpertJet661UF. I've had the machine since August of 2020. The first 2 years the machine ran great. I specifically acquired the machine to produce small interior signage including ADA ********* signs. We are a supplier to several major banks and ship signage all over the country. I have been trying all year to get my new machine in working order. It was bad from the start a dud. Mutoh pulled every trick they could to void the one year warranty. The have been liars and have shown me a loyal customer of five years no respect at all. I will not be purchasing any more machines from Mutoh in the future. They have a very much of and I don't care attitude about getting help with a bad product.
