I have once gave this company 5 stars but since all of the Dr. Left, nurses, everyone who cared, it has ran into the ground, no communication whatsoever, if I can give it 0 stars thats how bad it has got, I would not rec come nd my dog to this organization, I call Elise, who can't answer anything I ask, I'm told I'll get a call back wks past still no call, when I call back, she still doesn't know anything, lack of communication, they dont communicate with each other or their patients.....I'm definitely looking for another pr... read more
Finding Dr. Aaron Liu, and Michelle Griffin my nurse with Multi-care was a prayer answered. Having serious the health issues I have, made my quality of life, so much better. Not having to run to doctors several times a week, and being home bound was taking a terrible toll on my already deteriorating health. We have been very satisfied with the services provided by MultiCare Health System. The staff is empathetic, handle all our needs professionally and wual physician come to the home monthly . Dr Aaron Liu . This is one of the only home health care services that actually has an empathetic, caring and concerned Dr. you can have instead of a nurse practitioner, which is available if you want. However, we have chosen Dr .Liu because he is able to handle multi diagnostic problematic patients such as my husband and I..
My grandfather was under MultiCare's services. They are caring and quick to try and help with all of his needs. My family could not have been happier with the services they provided.
