Very misleading on upcoming treatments
This office is completely dysfunctional. Calling them feels like dealing with a scrapyard, not a medical practice. From the first interaction, the staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment with the Cardiovascular Institute of America weeks in advance.
