تقييم وتجربة مؤسفة مع موظفة الاستقبال أنا مراجعة لدى هذه العيادة الموقرة منذ عام 2012، وطوال هذه السنوات أكنّ كل الاحترام والتقدير للدكتور مضر، والدكتورة ذكرى، والدكتورة سندس، ولطالما كانت تجربتي ممتازة معهم كأطباء متميزين. ولكن للأسف، ما حدث معي اليوم من قِبل موظفة الاستقبال كان صادماً وغير مهني بتاتاً. اتصلت اليوم لحجز موعد، فردت عليّ موظفة بلهجة عراقية وخاطبتني بعبارة (خالتي)، وعندما نبهتها بلطف وبشكل موضوعي بأنني لست كبيرة في السن وأفضل التعامل الرسمي واللبق الذي يليق بمراجعين في عيادة طبية، تفاجأت بردة فعلها الغاضبة حيث... read more

I had a wonderful experience with Dr muther sarsam, he is highly knowledgeable they took excellent care of me and ensured i understood my recovery plan. The office staff are wonderful people they go above and beyond

My experience at this clinic was very disappointing. The front desk staff were unprofessional and disrespectful. In addition, I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM, but I was still waiting at 3:15 PM without seeing the doctor. Waiting more than four hours past my appointment time is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, respect for patients' time, and poor customer service made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend this clinic based on my visit.
