I called to ask a question about a concern I have about a rotting power pole with a live wire on it, the receptionist transferred me to someone to answer my question. I ended up leaving a message for him. After not receiving a phone call back from him in a few days I called back and asked if he was available to talk to because I was becoming very concerned about the live wire hitting the top of the building that was hanging over or even making it to the ground.
