The team was extremely helpful with my purchase. They offer free delivery from Muswellbrook to Scone & only $20 to take away the old appliance. They even brought the washing machine up on the same day purchase, which was very helpful, as my machine had broken down. I also visited the other appliance in Muswellbrook, & I found the staff member very dismissive when I said I was going to Betta to check prices too. I was so happy I could give my business to Betta ❤️
Had a emergency when my vacuum blew up and rang up to ask if they had a shark pet navigator in stock and said yes so I rushed there and they had it in store as soon as I walked in, that's what I call great customer service by the team at Betta Muswellbrook thanks again to the boys that work here and who look after customers who keep coming back keep up the good work!
