This was our first visit to Mustcare Vets on Compton Road. From the moment we stepped through the front door, we felt a truly warm and comforting welcome, making us feel right at home. They maimed my dog!!! I took my dog in for a toe amputation surgery a couple of weeks ago. When I went to pick her up after the surgery they brought her out with the entirely wrong foot bandaged and the toe that needed amputating still in place. The vet Dr Lisa was quick to blame anything but massive incompetence and kept saying things like "it's possible something got mixed up" rather than apologising. We took our Norwegian Forest cat here for euthenization. She was 18 years and 4 months old and we had nursed her along for the past two years with monthly solensia injections and daily doses of Gabapentin for her chronic arthritis. Layla was much loved, gentle and very intelligent though had some anxiety issues indicative of the breed.
