So happy with my new orthotics! I had been wanting to get orthotics for my flat feet for awhile now, but I was worried that I would have to give up on wearing my nicer shoes… Sam was very patient and took time to listen to my needs. Upon his advice, I decided to go with a very slim design for my work/going out shoes and a more robust one for my runners. Be very careful of the orthotics options here. The so called "fashion" option has little to no support for my flat feet. The sales pitch worked well, unfortunately for me, but cost me dearly! Not happy! Got a second opinion and was told I had 1 leg longer than the other. Mustard Seed didn't even pick this up! Seems like all the fancy equipment/podiatrist doesn't pick up big issues like this!!! Have had to have new full-length orthotics made somewhere else to accommodate problems that weren't picked up at Mustard Seed. Very d... read more

Very knowledgeable and friendly
Just got my orthotics, Sam explained really well. They also made it happen within 3 weeks! Showed me everything I need to know and recover from the pain. Thank you so much, would definitely recommend.
