Canceled my homeowners policies due to very poor service by Gail. I’ve been trying to reach her but haven’t gotten a reply back. My refund was less than it should have been. Our lender paid the renewal on October 4, 2022. I informed Gail November 5, 2022 to cancel policies. Lender paid $ 712.00 and refund a month later was only $ 605.00. $ 107.00 for one month? Multiply by 12, annual cost would be $ 1.284. Never again. Management needs to be involved. This is wrong and my questions should be answered
