Bottom Line Up Front: Jeff Arthur is a practiced liar, thief and conman who will take liberties with your personal property and tell whatever lies he needs to tell to keep you paying him. At a minimum, check out the WFLA news article on this business. Jeff did not honor his word to keep my car in proper storage and out of the elements when I paid him (up front) to store it at his garage and even gave him a car cover to put over the car.
