The apartments are horrible. I moved in August 2014 and lived there a whole year ONLY because they charge so much to get out of a lease. First, the first week I moved in, the building flooded with human urine and feces. It came up the drain to my toilet and bathtub. I know several residents had a couple inches of it in their bedroom and living rooms. Next, something is wrong with the electric bill cap because certain months I got charged outrageous amounts. DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!!!! Everything is blamed on "corporate". I never get true answers to questions. I was told to sign a NEW YEAR LEASE when I had only lived here for 2 months. They are saying I am $60 overdue for my electric bill this month when I KNOW this is ridiculous! The office can't help me with this, instead I have to personally call the electric company for meter readings, electric bills, etc. Apparently, many residents are having this problem right now. Do not lease here. Been here 2 1/2 months on 1 year lease agreement and already asked to sign another lease aggreement the following year....so they say they offer 1 year leases but pressure you into signing 2 years or lose your apt? Tried going to office and no one knows anything but "that corporate wants you to renew your lease almost a year in advance so you dont lose your apartment." SAVE the hassles and go elsewhere!!!
So disspapointed with this apartment complex, don't be fooled by the great reviews they sent out an email giving away free stuff if people wrote good reviews online, so the majority of them are from people who weren't even moved in yet. They are not friendly down front, very difficult to get anything done because no one knows what they are doing because they have to talk to the manager.
