This place i worked for them. No one work for them they make you work in dangerous places. Check photos out. Mold in a trailer they are going to sell. All they did is cover up mold not remove it. Do not buy or rent from them.

I moved into a duplex here to be closer to work! By far the cheapest rent around! It’s an awesome place live! The office ladies are super sweet, very helpful, and very forgiving! WOULD RECOMMEND!!
I was in McPherson working the CHS turnaround I rented an apartment from them To accommodate my family they marked up the rent in the apartment to 3400$ a month beings it was a monthly rental not mention a 70$ pre approval form I had to run an extension cord across the apartment to for the refrigerator to even work I showed that to the maintenance man the first day I was there.
