I cannot express how grateful i am for these guys at Mustang Lube. I unfortunately had a battery problem, which is a simple fix, but for someone who doesn’t even know where to find the engine i thought my car broke. I had to go directly after work to their parking lot around 7 am before they opened and sit there because I had just jumped my car and I was afraid it would conk out again. I am writing this review because I had an awful experience. My car was super long overdue for an oil change, I went in there and told them that it's been a long time and I needed everything checked fluid wise. When I showed up my tire pressure gauge was on and my windshield wiper fluid was empty. When I left both of those lights were still on. I called they told me to come back I did. After this I went ahead and checked inside my hood myself. My coolant was low and my air filter was completely dirty and nobody notified me. P... read more

Horrible service they get grease all in your car and overcharge and try to upsell. Do not go to this place.

I had nothing but issues. They pulled the oil cooler instead of the oil filter. I am not sure of the repercussions of this just yet. I’m hopeful that I don’t have issues. Check your skid plate before and after service. They left out six screws in my skid plate. The only reason I checked is because they have a note on invoice saying not responsible for skid plate issues after service. They didn't reset the service light (not a big deal) They left oil running down the bumper and headlight. They said they billed me for the wron... read more
