Mustang fences replaced the fences of our entire backyard (288ft) few weeks ago. Communication and responsiveness were really good from the bid process to the final inspection. The few comments we had at final inspection were addressed without questions. The installation was completed as per estimated schedule. We and our 4 neighbors are really happy with the result and would recommend Mustang fence to anyone looking for quality at competitive price. Thank you.
"Too busy to take on new customers"
Couple of things to mention: 1. If you live in the Dearborn area, you must get a permit to get a new fence. Mustang fence sent out the initial permit request via email and cc'd me and kept in contact through the entire process (which is long due to certain people approving it) but once you're approved, you are golden. 2. Brad is straightforward with quotes, height, poles, etc. He does not sugar coat his recommendations. Which i prefer since he is the is the expert in fences. 3. Left messages but I never received a call back.
Mark did a great job with my fence and grading and showed up on time every morning. The thing that took the longest was receiving the city permit. Love the results
