Quality steel, gotta love it
Worked there 7 years and was the shop foreman for the last 3. the owner fired me for being late. Just bought a new house and wasn't used to the commute in the morning. the last 5 years I worked there I called off 1 or 2 times and had maybe 5 or 6 latest. At times I worked 3 months straight without a day off. The one year I had 700hr overtime. You think after how dedicated I was to that shop he would have handeled the couple latest I had different. Called to ask whether they supply metal stock. Women answering the phone said, "I don't know, my boss isn't at this location, we moved and didn't swap the phones yet, I can't give you his cell # because I don't know who you are." You can't make this stuff up. Total amateur hour over there.
