I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received. We had a sewage backup flood in our basement, and Spencer and Jared and the crew took great care of us. They were professional, friendly, and timely, and they answered all my flood-related questions. They were able to help us prevent mildew, apply anti-microbial, remove the damaged drywall, and steam clean our basement. They were extremely knowledgeable about their craft. Spencer at Mustang was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, professional, persistent and easy to get in touch with. His prices are quite reasonable. He helped me save a lot of money getting out difficult stains on carpet I thought I was going to have to replace. He came back several times to do a thorough job. He uses environmentally-friendly cleaning products and is knowledgeable about their ingredients. I highly recommend using Mustang for any of your carpet cleaning needs.

Did a GREAT job on our basement carpet, which had MANY (perhaps) unremovable pet stains, but Mustang GOT EM OUT!! VERY HAPPY!
