I scheduled a tour for this campus and once I arrived early I noticed why I would never put my family member in this facility the executive director Ashley was walking around vaping and using foul language amongst what appeared to be another employee and her attire was in appropriate you could see her underwear through her clothing that is very unprofessional by all means if you have any relatives at this facility I would remove them this is not a place that I would recommend the fact that she did it so carelessly was so tac... read more
This place is not a good place. They have bed bugs and the staff will not change your love one all weekend. Please beware.
Moving a loved one to assisted living is hard. Moving them when they fight it with all their being is heartbreaking. That being said, my wife and I are extremely happy with the choice we made in moving my Dad to Mustang Creek. My Dad, especially with his health challenges can have his moments where he isn't the nicest person to deal with. I frequently visit Mustang Creek Estates in Allen throughout the week to visit a few of the residents, and each time, it is always a pleasant experience in a very welcoming environment! The Sales Director, Martha, and Executive Director, Ashley, have been incredibly kind, collaborative, and accommodating during every encounter I’ve had with them.
