Thanks for letting me write a review. I dropped a new pair of ladies' Levi Jeans off. I got them back with dirt stains on both legs inside. I showed it to the manager and they were arguing over who was at fault because they sent them out to be starch. Alan the owner keeps giving me lies. I paid 61.00 for my jeans at Macey to take on vacation.I was willing to do that amount in dry cleaning and I am still getting it. Ignored. This isn't the first time. I have used this cleaners for years. Never had a problem. Today I picked up $40.00 worth of dress, cashmere sweaters, winter pants, etc. They literally smelled like they had been in a house with 20 dogs. I can’t wear them. I’m just hoping another cleaner can fix the smell. If not I just lost a lot of money on clothes. I even had my son and daughter-n-law smell them. They were even appalled at the stench.
