Today, November 17th, at 1:15 PM, I had a very bad experience. I went to return a Caterpillar 3406 E tire after a repair, and it turns out they can't refund my money because they don't have any cash on hand. Such a large and powerful company is pathetic and shameful. I don't recommend coming to this store.
I've had nothing but good experiences with any Mustang Cat location. Weather it's parts or service if you have any issues they'll fix it to your satisfaction. Parts department at their 290 location is 2nd to none.
