If I could put a negative I would! They will charge you for stuff they didn't they do in the service dept. After I paid them 2200.00 and it didn't fix it I took it to another shop to spend another 3000 and find out they did nothing they said. So look over and check your equipment. Ask for the old parts.
Rented a Cat 301.7d mini ex for three days. First, they wanted to charge me an additional $250 "inconvenience fee" to have it delivered on a Saturday morning. Forget that. Agreed to have it delivered Friday afternoon. I have cameras all over the job site and never noticed that a delivery was made Friday.
