I informed these people yesterday of their driver doing 80 plus mph down highway 21. When doing so rocks came off of his mud flap bounced off the road and hit my windshield causing chip and crack. The manager took my information said he was going to contact the driver and he would be calling me back and of course I never heard anything. I can only assume these people think I'm just going to forget about it.

Sorriest service department I’ve ever dealt with! Lied to me like a rug. Half the maintenance issues didn’t get fixed the first time I sent it in. Had to send it back to the shop again.. got it back about 3 weeks later.. tracks weren’t adjusted right had to do it myself.. another seal was leaking two bolts weren’t even tightened up… called Houston head of service for Mustang never got a call back. Service starts at the top I guess this is why Bryan’s service department sucks! Never Again
10/10 experience. The people in the Rental center were very nice in pointing me in the right direction. Parts and service went above and beyond to help me find the parts I needed for something they don't even carry in stock. I am beyond grateful!
