The words heard in the Grinch That Stole Christmas most adequately describe Mustang Builders: STINK, STANK, STUNK! They are overpriced shysters who will rip you off in a split second without even batting an eye. Did you ever see the first Batman Movie with Jack Nicholson as the Joker? At one point he goes through Kim Basinger's portfolio and says with each page, "Crap, Crap, Crap, Crap." You will do the same when you see Mustang's portfolio. They totally suck. Any builder in Michigan is better and more honest than them.
Before you hire these bozos, look around the area. There are many builders who are cheaper, better, and above all things, HONEST! These guys are not. Or if you have time to waste, prove it to yourself. Get a quote on your project from Mustang. They will talk a great game and give you a half-assed quote. Now check their competitors. Your quotes from the competitors, like mine, will be almost HALF the amount. If Mustang quotes you $350,000, you will probably be able to get your house built by somebody else for $145,000.
