I don’t even know why I’m giving them 2… in feb Dr Moazam missed 3 virtual appointments when I was extremely sick. Those missed visits cost me work. I had an urgent virtual appointment today so much pain n agony no one called but I got email saying I have another apt tomorrow at 2:30 smh this is ridiculous other. On top of that my appointment with him last year I was diagnosed with something he read the paper and made a rude gesture n he’s a children oncologist. Love the doctor and NP but communication is severely lacking. I’ve left 7 messages for a callback over 3 weeks and absolutely silent on their end. It’s really disheartening when you are having serious symptoms and you can’t even get a callback. I would hope they would do better in the future as it’s incredibly unprofessional.
He has been the only doctor that made my strong headaches go away. I went to a lot of doctors before.
