I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ugurlu when I had my appendectomy. He is very kind, present and knowledgeable. He and his team made me feel safe and cared for. I left my surgery feeling like I had angels sweep in to save the day.
I have never been more impressed with a doctor especially in an emergency situation. My experience from start to finish was so amazing. Dr. Ugurlu turned the room from fear to funny and feeling at ease about each step. He is one of the most talented doctors I have ever experienced, with an amazing smile lighting up the room. Thank you all for that.
My emergency surgery happened on Friday night around 10:30 pm. Dr. Ugurlu made sure my family and I were well aware of the surgical options. The next day, he clearly explained what procedure he took, the results and was so thoughtful in how I was feeling. He connected with my family which is so important for healing. He's set a very high bar not only for surgical excellence but for patient- doctor relationship. Thank you for being a caring human being who treats the whole person.
