Dr. D is truly excellent—professional, skilled, and compassionate. Unfortunately, the administrative side is a different story. After a dozen attempts to schedule a critical procedure, it's clear that getting someone to simply answer the phone is a major challenge. I sincerely hope someone with authority at the Baylor Hospital system addresses this breakdown in communication—people have life-or-death issues on the line, and this level of inaccessibility is truly unacceptable.
One of the best cardiologists I’ve ever met, and his staff are incredible about how they care for you. They take their time with you and answer all your questions and concerns. The Amulet is a miracle to me, no more blood thinners! It was one of the easiest cures for a big concern for me.
