Shereece is a fantastic associate I highly recommend working with her. We visited the North York location and didn’t enjoy it the pushyness. Sheerece’s customer service and advice is unmatched. Sheerce was very welcoming, easy to talk to and provided advice and knowledge of the products. She found us an amazing couch close to our budget! Their website shows they close at 8 on Thursday and Friday but only to find out they are closed after driving 40 minutes.
Their customer service is an absolute joke. You have 7 days post delivery to request a return, and their response time is 10 business days. (For the record, it’s been far more than 10 business days and still no response). The verbiage of the return policy changed while we waited to hear back, and now explicitly states “no refunds” and store credit only. They need to do better. The refund policy here is ridiculous. They offer a 7-Day refund period but the items didn't arrive for 2 weeks. When the items arrived in store, they didn't call me to tell me. There is also an issue with their telephone system - it's not recognizing my selections. They have some serious work to do on customer service. On the positive front, I love the look of the store and the items I purchased.
We had a great experience purchasing our Maeva bed and night tables at Must downtown. Steven’s knowledge and advice made our purchase easy and seamless. His responsiveness and follow up was top. Their underground parking is very convenient. The delivery came on time and the set up was efficient and professional. Excellent store overall.
