They need to do better. The refund policy here is ridiculous. They offer a 7-Day refund period but the items didn't arrive for 2 weeks. When the items arrived in store, they didn't call me to tell me. There is also an issue with their telephone system - it's not recognizing my selections. They have some serious work to do on customer service. On the positive front, I love the look of the store and the items I purchased.

We had a great experience purchasing our Maeva bed and night tables at Must downtown. Steven’s knowledge and advice made our purchase easy and seamless. His responsiveness and follow up was top. Their underground parking is very convenient. The delivery came on time and the set up was efficient and professional. Excellent store overall.

My experience shopping with Asja at MUST was fantastic! She made me feel so comfortable the entire time, never pressured, but very knowledgeable and always willing to assist. She had many great recommendations to share and was a pleasure to work with. I would love to shop with her again! The store itself is stunning and I’m super happy with the couch that I ordered. This was Asja’s recommendation actually, I came in with something else in mind. Very happy with the whole experience, including the delivery crew!

I recently purchased the Murray Bed, a top-selling product, and am pleased to report a positive experience. The bed's quality is exceptional, complemented by an aesthetically pleasing design. Furthermore, the customer service provided was excellent, and the delivery and installation processes were efficiently managed. I highly recommend this product.
