BEWARE!!! They tried to make me buy a new transmission for $9,000. Woke up one morning and the truck wouldn’t start. Brought it to the dealer and they told me I needed a new ECM and a new transmission. I said should we do the ECM first and get the engine running then see if the transmission is bad because there was nothing wrong with the transmission before I bought it here. I wish that I could give 0 STARS!!! This is the first time that I ever had terrible service at MUSSON PATOUT and this was just for an oil change on a vehicle that I purchased from them!!!! I presented a coupon that I had recently received thinking that I would be able to apply it to the oil change but I overlooked where it said GM certified vehicles. I would have paid the regular price for the oil change but the woman's attitude was just NASTY!!!! I heard certain things about some of the workers at MUSSON PATOUT but we can't... read more
