We recently called Musser Sewer & Septic for some drainage issues we had and they were prompt to reply with great follow up. Everyone on their team is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's very clear they take pride in their work and satisfaction of their customers. Highly Recommend! 5 Stars!!
Our septic tanks were high, and the alarm wasn’t sounding correctly. I determined the pump wasn’t working and started calling around the evening of January 7 to see if anyone could help quickly. One of those calls, after 6 pm, was to Musser Sewer and Septic. I wasn’t even sure they worked on septic pumps, but I left a message anyway. They assessed a severe situation, identified the problem, explained what they were doing, and used the camera to show me what was occurring.
