Absolutely great experience, can’t thank them enough for assisting me with my purchase. From being welcomed by Sarah at the front desk, to working with Ruthann on selecting the right mower for me and placing that order with Brian as well, was easy, affordable, and efficient. Ruthann kept me up to date on when my mower was shipped, when it arrived, and when it was being delivered to my home. By far the best communication, and experience I’ve ever had. I look forward on coming back for parts and service for my mowers here. Tha... read more

Went to cut my grass which really needed it before the upcoming rain. Mower belt broke on my zero turn and the place that i purchased it from couldn’t get to it until next Tuesday, called Mussers and was told that if I could get it there today they could fix it before 5 today. They got it repaired and I was able to get my lawn cut today. The reason the belt broke was because of a bad pulley. Great customer service.
In my opinion they are mean to customers. Horrible customer service. Don't let them ruin your equipment, use someone else
