Went to cut my grass which really needed it before the upcoming rain. Mower belt broke on my zero turn and the place that i purchased it from couldn’t get to it until next Tuesday, called Mussers and was told that if I could get it there today they could fix it before 5 today. They got it repaired and I was able to get my lawn cut today. The reason the belt broke was because of a bad pulley. Great customer service.
In my opinion they are mean to customers. Horrible customer service. Don't let them ruin your equipment, use someone else
I had my mower serviced here, and after getting it back, it no longer cut evenly. The mower was working fine before they picked it up, but after the service it was scalping parts of my lawn and cutting terribly. I contacted them and had them pick it back up to look at it again. When it was returned, I asked the owner what was wrong with it, and he responded, “I don’t know, nothing was wrong when it came in.” I explained that it cut fine before they took it, and instead of trying to help, he responded with an attitude and sai... read more

First off i have to say Ruthann Buhrow was a giant pleasure to business with and replied with all the detailed answers i needed. She went far beyond what i would have after hours on her time to answer my questions. I would 100% recomend her specifically to deal with withen the company. Great place to do business with.
