Carol Meinhart is AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and caring. Would have given this firm 5 stars but when I call, I would like to speak to my attorney when I ask for her, NOT the receptionist or paralegal. I hate being asked "What do you need her for?" Umm because I paid my money and would like to talk to her about my case. That's why I took a star off. Otherwise, I am satisfied and will still come here if I ever need anything else in the future.
EVERY client should be treated fair. All clients have paid and shouldn't be ignored. Even though a case may not be big to you it IS big to the client. If you can't make time for a client then maybe you have way too many.
