So I rarely if ever give reviews. I feel sad. It seems like there may have been a change of ownership which I had no idea about. I should mention I'm a bloke. I’ve been coming here for a while and always had a great experience with my regular stylist, but my recent visit was disappointing. I wasn’t told until I arrived that my stylist had been away for some time. This felt a bit dismissive and I was put on the spot to see someone else. The stylist I saw was very kind but I didn’t feel she fully understood when I explained what I normally have done but the cut felt uncomfortable. Absolutely bad service since changing ownership or maybe they just employed new staff ? not sure Went to buy dry shampoo and the gentleman who served me didn’t even know the products he was selling He was rude and dismissive and walked away from me when I was trying to ask a question The girl at the front didn’t speak English and had no idea what I was asking for - poor lass not her fault at all - she was sweet This salon had the most awesome skilled staff I do not recommend this salon in Dianella

The stylist was very attentive and really tried to achieve the look I wanted. However, unfortunately, my hair didn’t hold the curls at all, even though it was washed, blow-dried, flat-ironed, and curled. The style matched the reference photo in terms of technique, but the overall look turned out quite flat and dull. I was also a little surprised that no root-lifting, volumizing, or shine products were used—just a light hold spray, which didn’t seem strong enough for my hair type.
