The lady on the phone and at the counter had a very calming/soothing voice and made you feel at ease, I couldn’t find any sod locally. Clear pricing and clear directions on where to pick up. This was a scorcher of a day too. Sod was dry and light to my advantage. Person I meet on the field was very friendly and helpful. I ordered Sod 5 weeks ago and the company refuses to give me my deposit back, even though they admit that they have their pallets back in good condition. They keep saying “it’s coming” but it’s been 5 weeks and 6 phone calls and they still have my money. Upon ordering I sent Musquodoboit Valley Quality Sod a $140 deposit that I was told would be refunded once they picked up their pallets.
