The Doctor was very informative about my condition and knew exactly what was causing my symptoms within the first few minutes of being examined. I wasn't aware of this clinic offering medical care for urgent non-life threating situations. My issue did not require lab test or imaging, but it did need urgent medical care so 811 suggested me to request care in this clinic. I got an appt the same day, the staff was professional and friendly. Sorry to hear about others bad experiences, the person at admitting was very helpful and nice
