working out at Musou movement has been inspiring and I’ve already experienced great results. It helps me feel connected to my body in a way that I haven’t since I was a kid, and the group environment pushes me to work harder than I would on my own. Sean and the other teachers are welcoming and really highly skilled. I highly recommend this to anybody wanting to do healthy working out in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
It’s been amazing working 1on1 with Sean. I feel I’ve gained a new perspective on whole body connection through the breathwork, clean eating, mindset and strength through mobility. Super thankful for Sean’s guidance 🙏
