It's very evident in reading other reviews, this is the place to come in Fort Nelson for your service needs. The guys were very accommodating with a tight schedule and got the work done quickly and efficiently Next day oil was imperative as we were just passing through. Friendly and knowledgeable, I felt confident getting the truck worked on here
Had my rotors warp on me coming up from Alaska. these guys got me in within the hour and had them done in an hour and a half. Really great service and kind staff. Cannot give them enough stars. Would recommend this shop for anyone traveling.
On our way south to Grande Prairie and heard a front end noise, they took it for test drive and put it up on the lift, checked everything out and told us to run it. When I asked what I owed, he said no charge. I gave him a 20 and told him to get donuts for the guys. We continued to Grande Prairie, and back to Alaska with no problems at all, including having to take the Cassiar back due to the wildfires around Ft Nelson. These guys are amazing. My sister was making a trip from Corpus Christi Texas to Alaska. Sold her my 2018 Chevy Silverado. She broke down on the way out of the hotel parking lot in Fort Nelson, truck wouldn’t go into gear. Luckily they were down the road and got the truck in that day to see what was going on. Turned out, at 130,000 miles the transmission was done. Shavings in the fluid, black & burnt, whole mess. They recommended complete replacement. Vern and the Muskwa team are exceptional mechanics. I blew a spark plug driving from Fairbanks to San Fransisco, and was fortunate enough to make it to Ft. Nelson where I sought them out. Direct and efficient, they diagnosed and tackled the issue quickly and had me on the road again. Shoutout to these guys, bring them some sweets to show your appreciation
