Christina arranged for screen repair/replacement for me, and I definitely appreciated her excellent customer service. The work was done so quickly and efficiently, I am so grateful they were able to help me! Excellent experience.
I went in to the showroom, talked to someone about which windows would suit our needs. I gave them measurements, and I was told I would get a quote in a couple of days. A couple weeks went by and I checked in - they said tomorrow. I never received a quote or any communication after that. Very frustrating and a waste of my time and energy.
Brand new home build with well-established contractor. Met with Peter in showroom, wonderful experience. Once installed, several casement windows needed adjusting - took weeks/months to get them here to adjust them. Had a sliding glass door that never worked, painful to get them out to fix and when arrived, disinterested and dismissive that the latch system seemed finicky. For the price, it is certainly disheartening to not have the customer service after installation that we had hoped for.
A disappointing experience. As we only needed 3 windows and 1 door replaced, perhaps it wasn't worth their while, however on March 27th we met with Pete in the showroom and we liked the Series 400. After leaving measurements, we were told George would call us with an estimate in 1 to 2 weeks, after which Al would come by for final measurements & provide the firm quote.
