I rented a uhaul truck from them and asked for two loaders to help load a 20 ft truck. Douglas and Jordan went above and beyond and worked tirelessly for 4 hours on a very hot day and ensured the truck was loaded and packed safely and well. They are hardworking kind and know what they are doing. I would recommend them 1000% .

Remember how during COVID some businesses and individuals went out of their way to help you in a community based way and some .... My partner and I had to move during that period and entrusted some of our possessions to their storage facilities, so you can imagine our surprise when we came back to get our stuff that they had been transferred (without our knowledge) to a derelict, leaky cube van rendering 70% of our furniture, memorabilia, equipment etc. mold covered, wet and useless. They also run U-Haul. They made a huge mistake with my mobile pickup and had the wrong key available. I was forced to cancel my reservation with no apology, no compensation and no reasonable alternative option (was offered another vehicle in Utterson for an extra $400). Very disappointed. I strongly feel that I was taken advantage. I lost so much time and money. Not a reliable U-Haul provider.
