I was going through a rough time and I wanted therapy for myself for curtain things and I was told over the intake on the phone that I wasn’t old enough to do it so I had to have parents consent and I didn’t get the consent so I didn’t do it and later while having an argument I told the parent I don’t feel like I’m having the therapy I need because I apparently wasn’t old enough and they went to go give consent just to be told that I didn’t need consent to do the things I felt like I needed to do

I have only dealt with this branch once and everyone was very accommodating. The gentleman I saw personally was Mike or Mark. I think it was Mike and he really gave the impression that he was there to help. He was sympathetic to my needs and listened with genuine interest. He really seemed to care and wanted to help as much as he could. I am back in contact with mental health again and am waiting for Mike to return my call as I had to leave a message.
