Yesterday I did my part I was kind and polite to Amanda and Linda from CMHA and engaged with their process and as usual I have been calling them all day today for any shred of dignity or humanity and they continue to abandon me in an unlivable sitauation that compromises my mental health not one person at their entire agency cares about my mental health
Impossible to get a hold of people at this office, been trying for 2 weeks and even without the holidays the phone goes straight to a voicemail at a desk that apparently nobody is ever at to answer the phone. After attempts with multiple employees, still leaving voicemail after voicemail with no results. Definitely should have registered at another office even if the location was less convenient.
