Dr. Howie is great. I have celiac's disease and struggled to gain weight for many years. I am now at the upper end of healthy BMI and feel great. Howie explains diet and health very well and is compassionate. Each session, I left with a plan of action. He has a vast knowledge of herbs and science which makes the sessions super interesting. Howie helped me save - not waste - money on health "fads" and supplements without being judgmental. 6/5 stars.
I met with Dr. Owens as a 72 year old woman in relatively good health, however a common weight issue. I found Dr.Owens to be Uber knowledgeable, non judgemental and offered many easy steps I could take to maintain and improve my current health. Feel very fortunate to have met him. I look forward to our ongoing journey to optimal health.
