We operate an Airbnb in Muskoka and we had an issue with our gas stove. We contacted another company who came and tested our range oven, then informed us of the issue, which we already knew. Then stated that they do not service stoves. We then contacted MMS, they were fast and friendly. Their tech Brett, was amazing, extremely professional and did all he could to fix the range. We had to purchase a new range and Brett came back outside of regular operating hours to insure that we were operational again for our guests.
Great service and great overall experience. We were having issues with our A/C unit at the cottage and Matt was able to get the issue fixed. The staff is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond our expectations!
Outstanding service from start to finish! From annual services and when they helped convert us from oil to electric as per our request. They have incredible women in the office who were professional and kind. There technicians were amazing and kept there area very clean. The technicians wew very professional, polite and quick. Love well done our home is perfectly comfortable again. It is hard to find a company with years of experience with reliable service. Highly recommended!
I just want to say huge thank you to Matt who works for Muskoka Mechanical. Everytime I have called which has been more than enough times this month to get our water tank figured out Matt has come out and has been more than kind and so good with my daughter who loves to show him all her things and try and help him out! He has been such a huge help to our family trying to figuring this out and doing as much as he can to get us all fixed. Just had my fire place serviced today from a real professional that thank god found a massive problem. Big red tag put on it. Muskoka mechanical shouldof red tagged it when they serviced it last yr. Holes that were missed and an exhaust that really shouldof been looked at. We got the ok that it was great when really shouldof been shut down. This gas tech couldof killed the family. I don't recommend these guys plus was talking to the owner that couldn't even apologize for his gas tech massive mistake. No accountability. Take ... read more
