Excellent customer service! Purchased one of their rustic lanterns through Amazon. It was missing the hanging hardware but I didn’t want to return it to Amazon since it was the last one and I really like it. Contacted Muskoka via email to see if I could purchase the hardware from them. Brady was very quick to respond and was very nice and helpful. After a few emails it was determined it was still under warranty, even though it was not purchased directly through them, and Brady sent out the necessary hardware immediately. Wow... read more
