Alright, this is a pure business and a pure businessman. Don't try to go there looking for a discount or installing your own previous bought parts. Unfortunately this has been my experience as I am on a tight budget. He simply didnt want to deal with me and I respect that. I am sure he will be fair with you and deliver great service.
