My experiences at Muskoka Kia in Bracebridge have always been great. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and always welcoming as my son and I usually sit and wait for our vehicle. This last time however was EXCEPTIONAL in every way. Brooks the service manager went above and beyond for Us, without being asked, he offered and his kindness and service was appreciated beyond! We are talking old fashioned customer service that evokes a hometown “they know me there” kind of feeling. Thank you so much Brooks and staff.

I am so grateful to Muskoka Kia for hiring wonderful people. I live near Orillia and absolutely refuse to go to Orillia Kia due to misconduct, fraud, and disgusting things they have said. The staff at Muskoka Kia are amazing and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. If you are out of town, they are worth the travel!
