BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I have a dealership in the my own town which I walked out of because I found the management to be very rude, so I went to the next largest town dealership thinking that I would get better service than the small town dealerships would offer. Very happy with the dealership and the staff, Rachel was very helpful and friendly. I was introduced to the dealership when the engine blew on my son's 2016 Sportage. I thought it would be a very expensive repair but Graham had a new engine installed at no charge! They also gave my son a very fair trade offer and he bought a 2026 Sportage. You won't be unhappy dealing with Muskoka Kia.

Went in for a scheduled 8:30am #2 service call change to summer tires, replace engine and cabin filters, engine oil and filter change and overall check on vehicle worthiness. I got a verbal quote of time 2 hr and quote ~$250 after taxes. Service desk came out at 10:30 to tell us we needed rear brakes (rotors and pads) due to wear. Time to replace 2hr cost ~$720.
