Good friendly service, my appointment was on time and staff were friendly
I have had no personal dealings with Muskoka Kia but my daughter has. Her Kia's engine was recalled. She booked an appointment at the end of June to leave her vehicle there while she was away on holiday for 10 days. She dropped it off on June 29th. It is now August 7th and she still doesn't have it back. The work was apparently done (not after the 10 days but a couple of weeks later) but the check engine light was STILL coming on.
