Lived there for 2 hellish years.. this place needs to be taken over by someone who actually cares. Nurses were leaving in the middle of the night…. They went through staff like water! Residents are treated very poorly. Place needs a good Reno! I had food stolen off me by the staff! During Covid we were locked up like a prison. Food I bought had to be kept and sprayed for 24 hours… of which they helped themselves to my cashews! Thieves! Especially the director of care! I was told about the rats in the kitchen! This has got to be the worst retirement home. I don't understand how it has not been closed down.
My parents love it there. It has been 6 months now. Great place for walks, sitting on the balcony and good food and friends. Thanks Muskoka Hills
The living condition is terrible honestly convicted inmates live better The place reeks of urine like weeks old urine the staff ignore the seniors who need help the place should be shut down and staff reprimand for neglect I can't believe people leave their loved ones here
I gave a 1 star only bc I couldnt post if I didnt It deserves a mnnus 4 This place is horrible and played a part in my parent's demise. The Executive Director is horrible and outright abusive. They need to be shut down and a full investigation into the establishment and the executive director. If anyone wants to talk a out experiencss Please feel free to reach out to me
