We were in need of a tent for our daughter’s wedding 3 days before the day. Rob was amazing. He eased our worries and organized the delivery. The staff arrived early and worked with us to make the venue perfect! Everyone was friendly and professional. Thank you for saving the day…and keeping us dry!
Fantastic service. Very attentive to emails and communications. Provided rentals for our wedding at Kee to Bala with no issues and accommodated last minute additions the week of no problem. Would highly recommend!
Customer service is a JOKE! Terrible! When first reaching out my emails/phone calls took over a week to get a response. Day before my wedding the delivery truck drove into the yard/on grass without talking to me, it had rained the day before, the truck got stuck. After spinning tires and makings ruts, holes and tire tracks directly in front of the tent, they called for another truck to come pull them out. The drivers left saying “sorry” and that’s it. The only good thing I can share is that everything showed up on time. Other than that, everything came very dirty, the tent had some holes in it, the dance floor was dirty and scratched up, paid $200 for string lights and multiple were either damaged or burnt out. Customer service was non existent. We were constantly chasing for an email back or phone call.
