In Bala over the holiday weekend. Denture broke in two. Sent email which was responded to immediately on their office being open again. Cathy on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. All fixed and picked up 24 hours later
Met with Mark today for a consultation. He was professional so knowledgeable. I admire his understanding and complete honesty. I highly recommend him to anyone even considering dentures.
My husband got his first partial work done and was a bit nervous but was very happy with the results. Dr. Mark was very informative and went through the steps that would need to be taken and before you know it hurray he had a new smile. Dr. Mark, that's what we like to call him was very nice and extremely easy to talk too. Would recommend him to everybody.

Shopped around the Muskoka area to have new dentures made. Really happy I chose them. It was pleasant to deal with Mark . Second time around not so happy.
