We bought a vehicle from Nicole in sales. Friendly and a joy to work with. Service Department was great and showed us the vehicle while on the hoist. They stood behind their product and ensured we were happy with our purchase.
Really disappointed in my service here. I purchased my vehicle here 5 years ago October and have been getting oil changes for free as included in my warranty. When I went in today I specifically noted I was on maternity leave and that anything not included in the warranty, please come discuss with me prior to proceeding as funds are very tight. She said yup, no problem, they have to do that as procedure anyways. The receptionist then comes out and tells me I owe almost $150 for my oil change! Which I didn’t have to spare. I ... read more

What a really nice Chrysler dealership to deal with I went to have my headlight rearranged someone put them in wrong at a young fella fix them up for me. They were so nice to us. They told us to come in their showroom. Bring the dog in with us, dog, friendly, super friendly place. Yes, we drove in no appointment necessary. Got our headlights repaired. They did a great job took me outside and showed me what they did. They allowed us to sit in the showroom with our dog Peggy Sue all the girls in the place were going crazy for her really nice place. I’d buy a car there not a problem Never know I might. I forgot to mention the little lady that was in parts. She actually had a paint marker the same colour as the truck I couldn’t believe it. She was so polite. Thank You Oh and cute
